Loading... Please wait...Rigging a plastic worm to a jig makes an effective lure. Small, sharp hooks are used in this jig head, so small they are undetected by the fish as it inhales the bait. The fish can actually hook itself when it tries to spit out this jig. We replaced the double barb collar on the Worm Nose Jig with a custom made SCREW LOCK.The smaller diameter of our SCREW LOCK allows the angler to attach a plastic worm, grub, curly tail or sassy shad without the worry of splitting the sides of the bait

I fish the "Ned Rig" quite often and these Worm Nose Jig Heads Screw Lock in 1/16 oz are perfect for the Z-Man Finesse T.R.D & the Z-Man Finesse Shadz. With the screw lock it takes just a little longer to affix your soft plastic to the jig head but once it's on there...it AIN'T coming off!
Quick bit of help: Twist your soft plastic in the opposite direction of the screw lock and when it naturally wants to untwists itself it will screw onto the jig head.
