Ordered these hooks to replace the ones on my Pet Spoons. Ordered the 10 pack I believe and they only had 8 so they sent those 8 and a pack of 10/0's for free and said they would ship the other two hooks when they came in. I will do business with these guys again. Above and beyond customer service.
